These are uncertain times for all of us and for those who experience stress and/or anxiety, this uncertainty can be debilitating.

In order to continue to provide the high levels of service I have for almost 20 years, I am continuing to work with my clients, however I am currently only working with clients remotely via online video conferencing such as Zoom or Skype until it is safe to resume face to face working.

So even in these uncertain times there is absolutely no need to suffer.  Please contact me to discuss how I can help you.

I believe that everyone can change any aspect of their lives that isn’t working for them anymore. Change doesn’t have to be painful, nor does it have to take a long time. In this section you will find information relating to how I work. If you have goals that you have yet to achieve, please get in touch and we can talk through how I can help you achieve your goals.
Effective therapists ensure that their knowledge and skills are kept up to date and they they have sufficient tools in their tool box to be able to help their clients.
In this section, qualified therapists can find details of upcoming courses to help them to help their clients.
Clinical Supervision
Effective Clinical Supervision is about reflection. Without reflection, a therapist is much more likely to be at risk of burn out. Clinical supervision needs a balance between three different tasks:
1. To support and encourage therapists engaged in emotionally demanding tasks;
2. To make sure they know how to do what is expected;
3. To uphold agreed standards and to support the supervised to work towards them.
In this section you will find further information on Clinical Supervision.
